Welcome to the 5x5 Workout by Zen Labs Fitness! This program is designed specifically for beginners who want to build strength and lift weights. It focuses on three core compound movements: squats, deadlifts, and bench press. The best part? You can try your first two weeks for free!

Starting a weight training routine can be daunting, but with Zen Labs Fitness, it doesn't have to be. Our program is based on proven lifting principles that have been successful for decades. The original 5x5 program by Mark Berry in the 1930s, Reg Park in the 1950s, Bill Starr in the 1970s, and many modern variations all share the same core elements.

The 5x5 Workout by Zen Labs Fitness offers a simple and easy way to get started. It's a 8-week program that requires only three days a week of training, with each session lasting just 45 minutes. You'll alternate between two workouts, ensuring variety and optimal results.

Here are the two simple workouts:

 <li>Press start and get ready to build strength!</li>
