The 5x5 Workout by Zen Labs Fitness offers a simple and easy way to get started. It's a 8-week program that requires only three days a week of training, with each session lasting just 45 minutes. You'll alternate between two workouts, ensuring variety and optimal results.
Here are the two simple workouts:
- Workout A: Squat, Bench Press, Barbell Row
- Workout B: Squat, Overhead Press, Deadlift
Getting started is a breeze:
- Enter your current 1RM (1 rep max) for Bench, Squat, and Deadlifts.
- Our app will automatically calculate a personalized program specifically tailored to you.
- Press start and get ready to build strength!
